All Meals on Wheels services are encouraged to download and install MealsOnDisk. It will operate in Evaluation Mode for at least 60 days so you can try it out and see how it can help your operation. If you decide to buy a licence, we will issue a licence key that will remove all restrictions. Best of all, the client details you have entered in during the evaluation will still be available. Once installed you will also have access to the User Guide, if you like reading manuals. If you need more than 60 days to evaluate, just let us know and we can extend it.

MealsOnDisk Version 3 is now downloaded directly over the internet. Please note that the download is approximately 400Mb in size and may take a long time over a slow connection. It will normally take 30 minutes for the download and installation, but please allow an hour to be safe. If you don’t fast broadband internet connection, please contact us for other installation options.

Download and Install MealsOnDisk

Once you click this link you will be prompted to Run or Save the file. The simplest option is to choose Run, then once the download has completed the installation will start automatically. Please contact us if you have difficulties with this update.

MealsOnDisk Version 3 will run on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Window 8.1 or Windows 10. Our recommendation is Windows 10, but the choice is yours. For larger services, you can use MealsOnDisk on several computers. This means you can have several people using MealsOnDisk at the same time, sharing the same database. You may need some help setting this up, so please contact us if you need assistance.

Once MealsOnDisk is installed, it will check for new updates each time the application is started, if internet access is available. This will simplify the update process to receive new features and bug fixes.
