MealsOnDisk has been designed to be easy to use and simple to install, but sometimes you need some support. If you have read the User Guide and watched the training videos please contact us for more support.

In order to provide fast and efficient remote support it may be necessary for one of our technicians to connect to your computer remotely. This helps us to diagnose the problem quickly and get you it fixed as quickly as possible. If we need to connect remotely, we will discuss this with you over the phone first.

If you are happy for us to do this, we will ask you to enter a Session ID in the box below and click on Connect. We will be able to view and control your computer, but you can disconnect the session at any time.
